New York Produces Webcast on ARRA Reporting

For Friday September 18th, the New York State Department of Education has produced a Webcast on Reporting on the Use of ARRA Funds.

On September 16th, the Vermont Department of Education posted “ARRA Content-based Grant Programs for Title II, Part D —Enhancing Education Through Technology for 2009–2010.” From the website: “One of the essential skills most prevalent in our 21st Century education landscape is collaboration. This grant program represents the department’s work within that realm. Content area specialists are assisting to make this program a success and provide technology to support the acquisition of skills in those specific areas. Many of these content areas have not had an opportunity such as this in the past. The grants are set up for a variety of funding amounts and are targeted specifically at classroom teachers. This is a Title IID program and eligibility requirements are in place for those schools wishing to apply.” The due date for ALL applications is October 30, 2009 at 4:00 p.m.

On September 10th, Maine posted a one-page document detailing the Department of Education Requirements for Receipt of ARRA Funds.

On September 9th, the New Hampshire Department of Education posted Title II-D ARRA Grants to Districts Introductory Slides and a Request for Proposals (RFP) for “NCLB, Title II-D Enhancing Education Through Technology (E2T2) 2009–10 Grants to Districts/ARRA Funding for 21st Century Classrooms.” On September 15th New Hampshire DOE posted “Intent to Apply Clarification” for the RFP posted on September 9th.
